“‘Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Sticking’ tells a gorgeous– and amusing– story about accepting modification,” Nick Adams, GLAAD’s director of transgender representation, told the outlet. “The more youthful characters accept Rachel immediately; recognizing she’s still their buddy. And while Rachel’s daddy is sluggish to accept modification within his own household, even he recognizes that enjoying your child should be genuine. This story of addition and approval is so needed in our existing environment.”
